With Industry Leading Instructors on hand, our weekly ACADEMY CLUBS are the perfect platform for building individual fitness and skill levels.

Tuesday & Thursday: 7 – 8.30pm  |  Saturday: 2 – 4pm

Find your flow at T13’s Parkour Club.  Learn from our Academy instructors how to move freely without breaking momentum.  Our coaches will teach you the essence of spacial awareness; from beginner straight through to advanced level training, you will become more aware of the space around and learn to use it to your advantage.  Parkour is freedom of expression through movement, it’s a fun way to channel your energy whilst also training your body and mind.



7pm – 8.30pm

BMX club is a mixed level coaching session for people of all ages and abilities to learn and have fun on their bikes. Whether you need to learn the basics of balancing and riding ramps or you want to learn new tricks and more about the sport, our Academy coach is there to help. Each rider will be given hints and tips relevant to their ability, as well as lots of encouragement.



7pm – 8.30pm

Roll into Scooter club with our top level coaches who will assess your ability and provide you with personal tips for improvement. Basic coaching involves turning/carving, foot position, pumping and getting in and out of different ramps. Our Academy instructors will also familiarise you with the skate park environment if needed, so you are confident to come down whenever you want. Advanced riders will be critiqued on form and shown how to improve their strengths and weaknesses. Following the lesson you will be given free time to work on what you’ve learnt and ask questions.

1-2-1 Coaching available at £25/person and must be booked in advance.
